We know, we know- when you hear the phrase "Mountain men", you probably imagine some burly lumberjack who can wrestle with wolves, brave fierce blizards and can live on sawdust and sweat- but can't carry a chord to save his life!
(Poor guy, am I right?) Well, my dear friend, worry not! For, although our odds of survival in hand-to-hand combat with wolves is pretty dismal... and our chances of surviving a high altitude snowstorm is bleak at best...
and our meals tend to be a bit more adequate than woodshop shavings (well... sometimes, anyways), I assure you that you have come to the right place to hear some great music!
In the way of proper introductions, we are a barbershop quartet local to Northern Utah. We are a member of the Golden Spike Chapter and of the Rocky Mountain District in the Barbership Harmony Society.
If you've never had the chance to be serenaded by some sweet in-person barbershop singing... honestly, you have a piece of your soul missing and you don't even realize it.
There is a magic about barbershop music, which has a way of speaking to us in a way that unites us and makes you want to sing along with us, "Keep the Whole World Singing"!
Our current members include singers from Davis, Weber and Tooele counties in Northern Utah. Each of us grew up among these hills here in the West that we call home; and if you've ever spent some real time in the mountains,
you know that there's some magic in them there hills. Well, call it magic, or call it a burning desire to sing with "the guys"-
we have taken a great liking to what we do, harmonizing with each other and sharing some awesome music and tunes in the process.
